can i hyperlink a bookmark from a pdf file into a word document

I am looking to efficiently organize a word file that is hyperlinked to a whole bunch of pdf docs. Is there a way for me to skip having to click on each bookmark after I open my hyperlinked pdf? Basically, I would like to click on my word hyperlink and have it open me directly into the bookmarked area of the pdf doc.
