PDF Help - I need to create a fillable form that, when completed, is saved in a specific folder location…
Sorry if this is the wrong sub. If so, would someone please point me in the right direction.
- Basically I need to create a weekly checklist form. The individual who fills it out would simply check off each task as completed and type their name in a field at the bottom of the form. When the document is saved, it would get filed in a specific folder with a document title that includes the name of the individual and the date submitted. After the document is saved, it is final and cannot be edited.
How hard is this to do? and do i need any special tools? Thanks in advance!
