Extracting Column Inches with Open Source
Let’s say I subscribe to a news paper distributed in PDF format. In said news paper, I run across an interesting article/column that I want to extract so that I can send it as a fair use clipping to a friend. Is there any way to do that using open source tools (I’m a linux desktop user familiar with pdftk)?
