Single click selects whole page
I am trying to make some graphical alterations to a D&D PDF I have. Which I have done using Photoshop as It was the best option for me. I then exported it as a PDF. The problem is the adjusted file when I use it in Acrobat will high light the whole page when I click anywhere on the page. As apposed to the original file which did not. I have looked through all the tools acrobat provides but none seem to be stick out as being whatever is causing this.

Edit: I am aware I have yet to put the fallible text boxes in. I have tried that and there is no difference. Preferably I would like to sort this issue before finishing the document by adding in the boxes.
