What’s an optimal way to edit a PDF in a way as to make simple cartographic changes and edit/add text for free?
We have “drafters” responsible for making changes to fairly simple pdf maps with some text labels etc. whom do not have access to Adobe X like the rest if us. It seems that there is a temporal solution of adding comments and annotation or using the fill and sign feature available in Reader (which are less then optimal).
Does anybody know of a better way to do this without incurring a cost for the usergroup? Thanks folks!
