Question: how do I set an image size in adobe acrobat pro

I have an image that I want to fill the entire page, So I’d like to set the image size to exactly 8.5x11 inches. Is there a way to type in image scaling values in acrobat pro? Also, is the a snap function like the snap to document bounds function in photoshop?
