Is there a way to remove footnote, image footnote on a PDF?

Basically what’s on the title, is there a way or a program where I can remove the footnote of a PDF?

Because it’s an image it takes all of my phone’s screen so at the end of every page the footnote ruins the reading

How to show two specific pages in facing view mode?

I’m using pdf-xchange viewer. I have a pdf with test results (table) on page 12 and 13. On page 12 are the names for the rows which i need to for page 13. In facing view i can see two pages juxtaposed but as it starts from page 1, i can only see page 11 and 12 next to each other.

Is there a viewer that allows me to chose what pages i want to see next to each other or do I really have to export or screenshot one page to do it manually?

Any help would be appreciated

Help adding custom page number and auto increments on next page via /r/pdf

Help adding custom page number and auto increments on next page

Basically I need to add like center footer that will automatically add a number starting from 00113 and steps up as follows 00213,00313 up to 50013.1.

00113 stands for first run of year 2013. Problem is it doesn’t lile the 00 in front it just Auto deletes then. And it wants increment the year instead.

Any help would be appreciated

Edit: this is for a pdf file.

Download xpdf-tools

Follow the CMake instructions (Tells you to make a ./build directory but does not tell you to move CMakeLists.txt. Just run the cmake command in the INSTALL file.)

Open up pdftotext.cc (Or pdf2png or pdf2html, whatever is your pleasure)

Now look for “Copying” in pdftotext.cc, you’ll probably only see it once. (Or whatever other you are using.)

Just delete the entire section of code there. It looks like this;

// check for copy permission if (!doc->okToCopy()) { error(errNotAllowed, -1, “Copying of text from this document is not allowed.”); exitCode = 3; goto err2; }

You have to do this with CentOS 6.8 installed if you want to use this executable on Hostmonster.

Question on Using PDF Wizard

So I came across a pdf file with a wizard attached to it. Essentially the wizard guided the user through pop up windows. So while a user is filling out a form, instead of clicking on the forms blank boxes and typing in response, the pdf had a pop up window that asked the user the questions and sort of guided them through the form. Does anyone know what this is called? I been googling all week and have not been able to find a reference for it so I can do it to forms i have. I have been googling pdf wizard but I have not been able to find what I am looking for. Any help is much appreciated. Thank you.

I have a form I have created that has been in use for several years which requires the user to input 1 field and a load of calculations are performed.

I have just updated it but am having some compatability issues - browsers no longer seem to support adobe acrobat viewer within the browser.

Is there a way to convert a dynmaic pdf with some basic formcalc/js back end and a text entry field - into HTML5/php without completely redesigning it?

Basically, as the title hints, I need to export a few documents from PDF to Word. I’ve searched online and most of the options were “online & free”, which I’m afraid of using, since the documents in question are quite important to me…(Yes, I am afraid of leaking problems, and yes I do not mind paying for the program)

I know of Adobe Acrobat options, they seem good & promising, yet I want to know more options + your opinion about it.

PDFTK is a life saver. Literally saved my sanity at work

I work in project management and my day to day job will involve having to merge and split PDF’s and add a transmittal page, etc etc. I was doing it by adding each page using Xodo PDF Reader & Editor but it was such a pain to drag and drop the pages.

(Sidenote: Xodo is amazing as a mobile app, was my go to in the field when I just had a phone.)

Then one day, I had to merge 4 different files, each with 15+ pages. I seriously was going to buy adobe acrobat pro but did a bit of searching and found this instead.

The free version does merging and splitting very well. The pro version is only $3.99 and lets you rotate, put watermarks and put a secure password on it too.

I’m trying to turn this into an editable PDF for a game I’m working on. The left page is on a tilt of about 4 degrees.

I use the program Scribus to create this program, but whenever I rotate the text field and open it in Acrobat, the text types straight even though the text field is tilted.

Can I have it type and edit as a PDF on a tilt? Thanks.

So, this is probably going to sound ridiculous, but im looking for some kind of program that allows me to import the various PDF files I have and turn them intoba searchable database. For example, I have one pdf that talks about a breed of dog and another also talks about a breed of dog. Is there a program that will let search both of those documents out of a lot of documents so that I can open them both and it will load the pdf on the exact page it found in the search? I realize this existing is probably a pipe dream, but ibhave several pdfs all on a topic and I just want to be able to find specific data from each one to be able to reference at a moments notice. Thanks for your time.
